How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. There will be a tracking number for your package and information on the website you can enter your tracking number to receive more information. Most our items will ship by USPS Priority Mail or Worldwide Express Mail Service.

How long will it take to deliver?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Processing your order usually takes less than one business day and shipping normally takes 3-4 business days.

Are the packages insured?
Shipping with our courier services is insured and trackable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

Information On Returns and Exchanges:

Authentic Jersey Shop wants to ensure your continued satisfaction. For online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice. Customers MUST contact our customer services via online form here or by email at info@authenticjerseyshop.com within five (5) business days from the date of delivery.  Additionally, all products must be returned to us at your own expense within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery.  Our return address can be obtained by contacting our customer service. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information.  Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period will not be honored.

Refunds: The original shipping costs processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Please keep in mind that all worn items will not be entitled to a full refund. All returneds will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Exchanges: Due to our processing system, Authentic Jersey Shop cannot process exhanges online. We will however, issue a credit to the customer for returned merchandise so that they can place a new order for the desired item.

Changes or Cancellations
: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible.We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer services support staff after receiving you contactus. Please customer support prior to your order to avoid clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential confusion. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
